Job Description

Join Good Natured Products Inc. as a Biodegradable Plastics Factory Worker and play a vital role in our mission to revolutionize the packaging industry. This full-time, on-site position involves operating machinery, monitoring production processes, and ensuring the quality of our plant-based, biodegradable plastic products. You will work as part of a dedicated team in a dynamic manufacturing environment, contributing directly to sustainable solutions. We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals who are comfortable with rotating shifts and committed to maintaining high safety and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment used in biodegradable plastics manufacturing.
  • Load and unload raw materials and finished products from production lines.
  • Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet specified standards.
  • Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report major malfunctions to supervisors.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and improve efficiency.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery as required.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

  • Ability to work rotating shifts (days, nights, weekends).
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
