Job Description
Are you an early riser with a passion for helping others succeed? Ubisoft Montreal is looking for an enthusiastic and organized Bootcamp Assistant to support our internal training and development programs. This unique role offers the opportunity to kickstart your day early, ensure smooth operations for our bootcamp participants, and then enjoy your afternoons free! You’ll be instrumental in creating a positive and productive learning environment, handling logistics, and providing direct support to trainers and participants.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up training rooms and equipment for daily bootcamps.
- Ensure all necessary materials (handouts, software, etc.) are available and functional before sessions begin.
- Greet participants and provide essential information and support during early morning arrivals.
- Assist trainers with technical issues, presentation setup, and general classroom management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming learning environment.
- Monitor participant attendance and provide administrative support as needed.
- Collect feedback forms and assist with post-bootcamp wrap-up activities.
- Act as a primary point of contact for participant inquiries and issues during morning sessions.
- Collaborate with program coordinators to anticipate and address logistical needs.
Required Skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
- High degree of punctuality and reliability, especially for early starts.
- Fluency in English (French is a strong asset).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in an educational or training setting.
- Familiarity with various learning management systems (LMS) or virtual collaboration tools.
- Previous experience coordinating events or workshops.
- A passion for video games or interactive entertainment.
- Customer service experience.
