Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and charismatic Boutique Cigar Lounge Host / Retailer to join our esteemed team in Yonkers, NY. This role is perfect for an individual with a passion for luxury service, fine cigars, and creating an exclusive guest experience. You will be the face of our boutique lounge, responsible for welcoming guests, providing expert product recommendations, processing sales, and maintaining the lounge’s pristine atmosphere during evening shifts. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all guests to the cigar lounge, providing an exceptional first impression.
- Educate guests on our curated selection of premium cigars, accessories, and pairings, offering personalized recommendations.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately for all sales transactions, including cash and credit card handling.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the cigar lounge and retail display areas.
- Monitor and manage cigar inventory, assisting with stock rotation, receiving, and replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding tobacco sales and consumption.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any concerns with professionalism and discretion.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures for evening shifts, including cash reconciliation and securing the premises.
- Cultivate a sophisticated and welcoming atmosphere, fostering guest loyalty and repeat visits.
Required Skills
