Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport clients to their destinations following planned routes and schedules.
- Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating client needs and ensuring a comfortable and pleasant experience.
- Maintain the pristine condition of assigned luxury vehicles, including regular cleaning and basic pre-trip inspections.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Manage and communicate schedules effectively, ensuring punctuality for all pick-ups and drop-offs.
- Assist clients with luggage and other personal belongings as required.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Ensure client confidentiality and discretion.
- Utilize navigation systems and real-time traffic updates to optimize routes and avoid delays.
Required Skills
- Valid California Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional driving or chauffeur experience.
- Excellent knowledge of the Greater Los Angeles area, including Glendale and surrounding regions.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong sense of punctuality, responsibility, and reliability.
