Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
  • Support residents with their daily routines, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
  • Help with meal times, offering assistance and encouragement as needed.
  • Engage residents in social activities and promote their independence.
  • Maintain accurate care records and communicate effectively with the care team.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all residents.
  • Administer medication as per training and protocol (if applicable).
