Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Support residents with their daily routines, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Help with meal times, offering assistance and encouragement as needed.
- Engage residents in social activities and promote their independence.
- Maintain accurate care records and communicate effectively with the care team.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all residents.
- Administer medication as per training and protocol (if applicable).
