Job Description
We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Commercial Airline Pilots to join our dynamic flight crew as Captains or First Officers. Key Responsibilities
- Operate aircraft safely and efficiently in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a high level of situational awareness and exercise sound judgment at all times.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers and crew members.
- Conduct pre-flight checks, flight planning, and post-flight procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with the cabin crew and ground staff to ensure seamless operations.
- Adhere to all air traffic control instructions and communications.
- Act as Pilot in Command (Captain) or Second in Command (First Officer) with full responsibility for the flight, as appropriate.
- Participate in ongoing training and recurrent checks to maintain proficiency and certifications.
Required Skills
- Valid EASA/UK CAA Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) or Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with ATPL frozen.
- Current Multi-Engine Instrument Rating (MEIR).
- Class 1 Medical Certificate (valid and unrestricted).
- Minimum 1,500 hours total flight time (for First Officer consideration).
- Minimum 3,000 hours total flight time with 1,000 hours multi-crew command time on multi-engine, multi-crew aircraft (for Captain consideration).
- Right to work in the UK or eligibility for visa sponsorship.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multi-crew environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Type rating on Boeing 737 or Airbus A320 family aircraft.
- Experience flying for a commercial airline in a short-haul or medium-haul network.
- Fluency in additional languages.
