Job Description
Join our team as an Ice Cream Parlor Server and be the face of Baskin-Robbins! This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals seeking flexible hours and a welcoming environment. No prior experience is necessary; we’re looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and reliable team players eager to learn and create joyful experiences for our customers. You’ll be responsible for serving our delicious ice cream, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and inviting parlor.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting ice cream flavors and products.
- Scoop and serve ice cream, sundaes, milkshakes, and other dessert items accurately and efficiently.
- Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and maintain accurate cash drawer.
- Prepare simple food items such as waffles or crepes, if applicable.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the serving area, dining space, and restrooms.
- Restock supplies, toppings, and paper goods as needed.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues with a positive attitude.
Required Skills

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
