Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Ad Traffic Coordinator with a strong marketing focus to join our remote team. In this role, you will be crucial in ensuring the smooth and timely execution of digital advertising campaigns. You will work closely with internal marketing teams, creative departments, and external media partners to manage the flow of advertising assets, schedules, and specifications. This position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the trafficking of digital ad campaigns, including display, video, social, and search ads, ensuring all materials are delivered on schedule and meet technical specifications.
- Manage and maintain advertising schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met and campaigns launch correctly.
- Liaise with creative teams to ensure ad assets are produced to the correct specifications and delivered in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with media partners, agencies, and internal stakeholders regarding ad material requirements, delivery, and any issues.
- Monitor campaign performance for discrepancies and work with relevant teams to troubleshoot and resolve any trafficking-related problems.
- Maintain organized records of all ad creatives, trafficking sheets, and campaign documentation.
- Assist in the development and optimization of trafficking workflows and best practices.
- Provide regular updates on campaign status to marketing managers and other stakeholders.
- Stay informed about industry trends and changes in ad technology and trafficking processes.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in ad trafficking, media operations, or a similar role within a marketing or agency environment.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and ad serving technologies (e.g., Google Ad Manager, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team setting.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with campaign management software (e.g., Asana, Jira).
- Familiarity with various ad formats and creative specifications.
- Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Certification in digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint).
