Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Liaison to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing comprehensive support exclusively through written communication channels such as email, chat, and support tickets. Your mission will be to resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate information, ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience without any phone interaction. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and support requests via email, chat, and other written platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues by providing accurate, clear, and concise written solutions.
- Escalate complex problems to appropriate internal teams when necessary, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering empathetic and effective written support.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer support processes and knowledge base articles.
- Stay updated on product information, company policies, and best practices for written communication.
- Identify trends in customer feedback to suggest improvements to products or services.
Required Skills
- Exceptional written communication and grammar skills in English.
- Proven ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely through text.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools.
