Job Description
Blacklane is seeking professional, courteous, and highly skilled Limo Drivers to join our esteemed team in Stamford, CT. Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport clients to their destinations following scheduled itineraries.
- Maintain the pristine condition and cleanliness of assigned luxury vehicles before, during, and after shifts.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients with luggage and ensuring a comfortable and pleasant journey.
- Plan routes effectively to avoid delays and navigate traffic, utilizing GPS and local knowledge.
- Communicate professionally with clients, dispatch, and management.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles.
- Manage client requests and preferences with discretion and professionalism.
Required Skills
- Valid State Driver's License (Class D or equivalent) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience (e.g., taxi, rideshare, delivery, chauffeur).
- Excellent knowledge of Stamford, CT, and surrounding areas.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Impeccable punctuality and time management abilities.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a limousine or executive chauffeur.
- Customer service experience in a luxury environment.
- Defensive driving certification.
- Knowledge of local attractions, business districts, and airport procedures (JFK, LGA, EWR, BDL, HPN).
