Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Part-time Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and operational support during weekend hours. This is a 100% remote position, offering significant flexibility and requires no phone calls. You will be instrumental in managing various tasks to ensure smooth operations for our teams, primarily through written communication and online tools. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize email inboxes, flagging important messages and drafting responses.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and project timelines using digital calendars.
- Perform data entry, maintain databases, and ensure information accuracy.
- Conduct online research and compile summaries on various topics.
- Prepare documents, presentations, and reports using office software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
