Job Description
We are seeking observant and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Delivery Courier Mystery Shopper. In this unique role, you will be responsible for anonymously evaluating the speed, service quality, and overall professionalism of our delivery couriers (Dashers) in the Sioux Falls area. Your insights will be crucial in helping DoorDash maintain its high standards of service and identify areas for improvement. This is a part-time contract position offering flexible hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Place delivery orders through the DoorDash platform as a regular customer.
- Carefully observe and record the entire delivery process, from order placement to item receipt.
- Evaluate courier professionalism, adherence to delivery instructions, and overall service quality.
- Document delivery speed, accuracy of order, and condition of items upon arrival.
- Provide objective and detailed feedback using a standardized reporting form.
- Maintain anonymity throughout the mystery shopping process.
- Adhere to all guidelines and protocols provided by DoorDash for accurate reporting.
Required Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong observational skills.
- Ability to provide objective and unbiased feedback.
- Excellent written communication skills for clear and concise reporting.
- Reliable access to a smartphone with the DoorDash app installed.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
