Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented EA Sports Logistics Clerk with a strong focus on supply chain operations to join our remote team. This role is crucial in supporting the efficient movement of goods, materials, and digital assets related to our EA Sports division. You will be instrumental in managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and ensuring compliance with all logistics protocols. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of supply chain principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and track logistics documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, and shipping manifests.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with supply chain planning and optimization.
- Resolve logistics-related issues, such as shipping delays, damages, or discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities and generate regular reports.
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies.
- Support the supply chain team in identifying areas for process improvement and efficiency gains.
- Communicate effectively with remote team members and external partners across various time zones.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in logistics and inventory management software (e.g., ERP systems)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
