Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and discreet Executive Transport Specialist to join our team in Aurora, CO. This crucial role is responsible for providing secure, efficient, and professional transportation services to senior executives and VIPs. The successful candidate will ensure the safety, comfort, and punctuality of all passengers, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality. This role requires exceptional driving skills, meticulous planning, and a proactive approach to potential security concerns and logistical challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, reliable, and punctual transportation for executives and VIPs to and from various destinations, including airports, meetings, and events.
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and ensure the vehicle is always in pristine condition, well-maintained, and fueled.
- Plan and optimize routes to avoid traffic delays, construction, and potential security risks, utilizing advanced navigation and real-time traffic monitoring.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding all passenger movements, conversations, and schedules.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies, demonstrating expert defensive driving techniques.
- Assist passengers with luggage and other personal effects as required.
- Coordinate with security personnel, executive assistants, and other relevant staff to ensure seamless travel logistics.
- Maintain detailed trip logs, vehicle maintenance records, and expense reports.
- Be available for scheduled and unscheduled shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as business needs dictate.
- Respond effectively and calmly to emergencies or unexpected situations, ensuring passenger safety.
- Stay informed on local events, road closures, and weather conditions that may impact travel plans.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of professional executive or VIP driving experience.
- Impeccable driving record with no accidents or major violations.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion.
- Excellent knowledge of local geography, traffic patterns, and alternate routes in the Aurora/Denver metropolitan area.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with GPS, navigation apps, and real-time traffic monitoring tools.
- Valid state driver's license with appropriate endorsements.
- Ability to perform light vehicle maintenance checks (e.g., fluid levels, tire pressure).
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced defensive driving certification.
- First Aid/CPR certification.
- Prior experience in security-related transportation.
- Familiarity with luxury vehicle operations and maintenance.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional training.
