Job Description
Join our dedicated team as a Food Service Quality Rater, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining and elevating the standards of food quality and safety across our local suburban client sites in Rochester, MN. This routine work involves meticulous inspection, detailed reporting, and ensuring compliance with established protocols, contributing directly to guest satisfaction and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine on-site quality assessments of food service operations at various client locations within Rochester's local suburbs.
- Evaluate food preparation, presentation, temperature control, and storage practices according to company and regulatory standards.
- Monitor sanitation and hygiene practices within kitchen and dining areas.
- Document findings accurately using standardized reporting tools and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with site management to implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, ServSafe principles).
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on best practices and evolving food safety guidelines.
