Job Description
Are you looking for an easy entry-level opportunity to work in a fun and friendly environment? Glow Tanning & Spa in beautiful Banff is seeking a Tanning Consultant to join our vibrant team. No prior experience is necessary – we provide comprehensive training! This role is perfect for someone who loves helping people look and feel their best, enjoys a no-stress workplace, and appreciates flexible scheduling. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, guiding them through our services and ensuring they have a fantastic experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and check-in clients, providing exceptional customer service.
- Educate clients on our tanning services, products, and packages.
- Assist clients with selecting the best tanning options for their needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting salon environment.
- Process payments and manage client appointments using our POS system.
- Answer phone calls and inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Ensure all tanning equipment is clean and ready for use.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team atmosphere.
