Job Description

We are actively seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as Frac Field Support personnel. This is an immediate opening for a critical role within our fracturing operations across various states, with a primary base of operations and hiring hub in Virginia Beach. As a Frac Field Support team member, you will be instrumental in ensuring the safe and efficient execution of hydraulic fracturing services. This dynamic role requires a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in challenging field environments. Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain fracturing equipment, including pumps, blenders, and hydration units, under the supervision of senior personnel.
  • Perform pre-job and post-job inspections and maintenance on frac equipment, ensuring operational readiness and compliance with safety standards.
  • Participate in the rigging up and rigging down of wellsite equipment, including high-pressure lines, manifolds, and temporary piping.
  • Monitor equipment and wellsite operations, reporting any abnormalities or safety concerns to the Frac Supervisor.
  • Adhere strictly to all company safety policies, procedures, and governmental regulations (e.g., OSHA, DOT).
  • Assist with the loading and unloading of materials, chemicals, and equipment on and off location.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment on the frac site.
  • Participate in safety meetings and contribute to a proactive safety culture.
  • Complete all required paperwork and documentation accurately and on time.

Required Skills

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in various weather conditions.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Commitment to safety and environmental stewardship.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in oil and gas field operations, heavy industrial, or military environments.
  • Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or B.
  • Experience with hydraulic fracturing equipment and processes.
  • Technical certifications or vocational training in mechanical, electrical, or heavy equipment operation.
