Job Description
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive Google Ad Traffic Coordinator with a strong marketing focus to join our fully remote team. This role is crucial for ensuring the accurate and timely setup and execution of Google Ads campaigns for our diverse client portfolio. You will be responsible for the technical trafficking and monitoring of various ad formats across the Google Ads ecosystem, playing a vital part in campaign success by ensuring technical precision aligns with strategic marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, traffic, and manage Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Video, and Shopping, according to campaign specifications and deadlines.
- Implement tracking codes, conversion pixels, and audience segments accurately to ensure proper data collection and reporting.
- Monitor campaign performance daily for technical issues, discrepancies, and delivery pacing, proactively identifying and resolving problems.
- Collaborate closely with account managers, media planners, and creative teams to ensure all campaign assets and requirements are met.
- Ensure strict adherence to Google Ads policies and industry best practices for ad serving and privacy.
- Generate and analyze trafficking reports, providing insights on delivery, performance, and any technical anomalies.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of campaign setups, changes, and troubleshooting steps.
- Assist in the quality assurance process for new campaign launches and updates.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (2+ years) in a similar digital ad trafficking or coordination role, with a strong focus on Google Ads.
- Expert-level proficiency with the Google Ads platform (Search, Display, Video, Shopping).
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and the ad campaign lifecycle.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data management and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads certifications (Search, Display, Measurement).
- Experience with other ad platforms (e.g., SA360, DV360, Meta Ads).
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira).
- Understanding of web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and implementation.
