Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Google Customer Liaison to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves acting as the primary point of contact between our key clients and Google’s various product and service teams. You will be responsible for fostering strong relationships, understanding client needs, resolving inquiries, and ensuring optimal utilization of Google’s offerings to achieve client business objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the dedicated liaison between clients and Google teams for product support, feature requests, and strategic initiatives.
- Develop and maintain deep expertise in Google's ecosystem, including Google Cloud, Google Workspace, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Proactively identify client needs and pain points, escalating issues to appropriate Google teams and tracking resolutions.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal client teams and external Google stakeholders.
- Provide strategic guidance to clients on leveraging Google products to enhance their operations and achieve business goals.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports and updates to both clients and internal management.
- Participate in client meetings, workshops, and training sessions to deepen relationships and product understanding.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, Google product updates, and competitive landscape to provide informed recommendations.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in a client-facing role, account management, or customer success, preferably within the tech industry.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and project management tools.
- Demonstrated understanding of key Google products and services (e.g., Google Workspace, Google Cloud, Google Ads).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, and results-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working directly with Google products or in a Google partner ecosystem.
- Certifications in Google Cloud, Google Ads, or other relevant Google platforms.
- Prior experience in a consulting or advisory capacity.
- Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools to track and present performance metrics.
