Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Google Support Associate to join our team in Lexington, KY. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about helping users navigate Google products and services, providing exceptional support, and contributing to a positive user experience. You will be the first point of contact for many users, resolving technical issues, answering inquiries, and guiding them through solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to Google users via various channels (chat, email, phone).
  • Diagnose and resolve customer issues related to Google products and services (e.g., Google Workspace, Chrome, Search).

  • Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date with new Google product features and support tools.
  • Contribute to the knowledge base by creating or updating support articles and FAQs.
