Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Remote Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team within the high-growth tech sector. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the United States. Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of key customer accounts, building strong, lasting relationships as a trusted advisor.
- Drive product adoption and ensure customers are maximizing the value of our solutions through proactive engagement.
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers to assess progress, identify opportunities, and address challenges.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, escalating technical issues to support and product teams as needed.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing accounts.
- Monitor customer health scores and proactively identify at-risk accounts, developing and executing retention strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, marketing, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Provide product training and best practice guidance to customers to enhance their proficiency and success.
- Gather customer feedback and advocate for their needs to influence product roadmap development.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of Customer Success processes and best practices.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role within the SaaS industry.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships at all levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and customer success platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Demonstrated understanding of SaaS business models and customer lifecycle management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience working with enterprise-level clients.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools to track customer engagement and health.
- Experience in a high-growth or startup tech environment.
