Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and organized Government Adoption Services Assistant to join our team in Milwaukee. In this office-based role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the adoption and implementation of government-funded programs and services. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support, ensuring smooth coordination between various stakeholders, government agencies, and program participants. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to meaningful public service initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Government Adoption Services team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and preparing reports.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of program documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with government guidelines.
  • Facilitate communication between government contacts, program managers, and internal teams.
  • Maintain organized records and databases related to program participants and service adoption.
  • Process and track program applications, forms, and other essential paperwork.
  • Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders regarding program services and procedures.
  • Support the onboarding of new program participants and provide necessary information.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications
