Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with luggage handling.
- Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
- Assist with the movement and storage of luggage for arriving and departing guests.
- Deliver messages, packages, and amenities to guest rooms promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, entrance, and luggage storage areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and requests with a positive attitude.
- Assist with minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed, reporting larger issues to management.
- Support other hotel departments, such as front desk or housekeeping, during busy periods.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and security policies and procedures.
Required Skills
- Must be under 21 years of age.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage comfortably.
- Basic understanding of customer service principles.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
