Job Description
Are you a high-energy individual with a passion for creating memorable experiences? Dreamland Margate is seeking enthusiastic Theme Park Ride Attendants to join our dynamic team. In this fast-paced, high-volume environment, you’ll be at the heart of the action, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our guests on various attractions. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fun, lively atmosphere, loves interacting with people, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service. Full training will be provided, so no prior experience is necessary – just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn!
Key Responsibilities
- Operate assigned rides and attractions safely and efficiently, following all operational procedures and safety guidelines.
- Greet guests with enthusiasm, check for height and safety restrictions, and assist with boarding and disembarking.
- Maintain a clean and tidy ride area, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for guests.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, providing information and assistance as needed.
- Monitor guest behaviour and enforce park rules to ensure a fun and secure experience for everyone.
- Conduct pre-opening and closing checks of rides, reporting any maintenance issues immediately.
- Assist with emergency procedures as required, maintaining calm and following protocols.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to procedures.
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience.
- First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience working in a team-oriented environment.
