Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Google Ad Traffic Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within the UK. In this role, you will be instrumental in the execution and optimization of our Google Ads campaigns, ensuring efficient traffic flow and adherence to brand guidelines. You will collaborate closely with our digital marketing specialists, creative teams, and analytics professionals to drive performance and achieve our online marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of Google Ads and a passion for digital marketing, eager to grow their expertise within a supportive and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the setup, scheduling, and delivery of Google Ads campaigns, ensuring all assets are correctly implemented and live on time.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, identifying and flagging any discrepancies or underperformance to the relevant specialists.
  • Perform quality assurance checks on ad creative, landing pages, and tracking parameters to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage campaign budgets and pacing, ensuring spend is on track and aligned with approved plans.
  • Generate routine performance reports, extracting data from Google Ads and other analytics platforms.
  • Assist in keyword research, audience segmentation, and ad copy creation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., creative, brand, analytics) to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Stay informed of Google Ads best practices, platform updates, and industry trends.
  • Maintain organized records of campaign assets, approvals, and performance data.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (2+ years) working with Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and online advertising.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Google Ads certification (Search, Display, or Shopping).
  • Experience with Google Analytics or other web analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in retail or e-commerce marketing.
