Job Description
Are you looking for a fantastic first job or a flexible part-time role that fits your schedule? Creams Cafe in Wrexham is seeking enthusiastic and friendly Ice Cream Parlor Servers to join our vibrant team! Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections, offering recommendations as needed.
- Prepare and serve a wide range of desserts, including ice cream sundaes, waffles, crepes, and milkshakes, following company recipes and quality standards.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, handle cash and card transactions accurately, and manage orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of the serving area, equipment, and dining space at all times.
- Restock ingredients, toppings, and supplies, ensuring the counter is always well-presented.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any service issues politely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation and an enjoyable customer experience.
- Adhere to all food safety and health regulations.
