Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against packing lists and purchase orders.
- Accurately sort, label, and store inventory in designated locations within the warehouse.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and efficiency, ensuring correct items and quantities.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with discrepancy resolution to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Operate manual and powered equipment safely, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, after receiving proper training.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily operational goals.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds regularly, and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or inventory management role.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems or scanners.
- Experience operating powered industrial trucks (e.g., forklift, reach truck) with certification.
