Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging in conversation and activities.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, and feeding as needed.
- Help clients with safe transfers and mobility, following established care plans.
- Monitor and report changes in client's health status or behavior to supervisory staff.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized client environment.
- Document services provided accurately and in a timely manner.

- Ability to follow instructions and care plans diligently.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a caregiving role (even informal care for family members).
- Current CPR certification.
- Enrollment or completion of a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) program.
