Job Description

No prior experience as a limo driver is required – we provide comprehensive, hands-on training to equip you with all the skills needed to become a professional, top-tier chauffeur. Key Responsibilities
- Complete all required company training programs for chauffeured services.
- Learn and adhere to all safety protocols, traffic laws, and company policies.
- Practice defensive driving techniques and maintain a high level of situational awareness.
- Familiarize yourself with Miami's geography, optimal routes, and common destinations.
- Develop skills in providing professional, courteous, and discreet service to clients.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of vehicles to Carey International standards.
- Learn to use in-vehicle technology and dispatch systems effectively.
- Assist clients with luggage and other needs as required, while maintaining professional boundaries.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no major infractions within the last 3-5 years).
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Strong commitment to punctuality and reliability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage (up to 50 lbs).
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Geographical knowledge of the Miami-Dade County area.
- Previous customer service experience in any industry.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
