Concentrix is seeking a dedicated Retail Support Agent with a focus on fashion and lifestyle products to join our vibrant team in Brooklyn. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support related to product inquiries, orders, returns, and general assistance for leading fashion and lifestyle brands. This is an exciting opportunity to blend your customer service skills with your interest in the latest styles and consumer trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat for fashion and lifestyle brands.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order placement, shipping status, returns, and exchanges.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge across various fashion and lifestyle categories.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a retail environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic call center environment.
- Passion for fashion, retail, and lifestyle products.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience in an e-commerce customer support role.
- Familiarity with various fashion brands and retail trends.
- Experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar customer service platforms.
