Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Limo Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Overland Park, Kansas. This unique role combines meticulous logistical planning with hands-on driving responsibilities, ensuring seamless and luxurious ground transportation for our discerning clientele. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong geographical knowledge of the Kansas City metropolitan area, and a commitment to providing exceptional service. You will be responsible for scheduling, dispatching, and occasionally driving our premium fleet, maintaining our high standards of punctuality, professionalism, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule chauffeured services, optimizing routes and vehicle assignments for efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, chauffeurs, and internal teams, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor real-time traffic conditions and make proactive adjustments to schedules and routes as necessary.
- Perform chauffeur duties as needed, providing safe, timely, and professional transportation services.
- Maintain accurate records of all dispatches, services, and operational activities.
- Ensure all vehicles are well-maintained, clean, and equipped to meet service standards.
- Assist with client bookings, special requests, and VIP services.
- Uphold Carey International's brand image and commitment to luxury and professionalism at all times.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, transportation coordination, or a related field.
- Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent knowledge of the Kansas City metropolitan area geography and traffic patterns.
- Proficiency in using scheduling software, GPS systems, and standard office applications.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a professional chauffeur or in luxury transportation.
- Familiarity with ground transportation dispatch software (e.g., Limo Anywhere, Hudson Group).
- Customer service experience in a high-end or hospitality environment.
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or Passenger endorsement (P endorsement) is a plus.
