Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with medication reminders and ensure adherence to prescribed schedules.
- Prepare nutritious meals and manage dietary requirements, ensuring a balanced diet.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, organized, and safe living environment.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities, fostering mental and emotional well-being.
- Accompany clients to appointments or on errands as needed, providing safe transportation and support.
- Monitor and report any changes in the client's health, behavior, or living conditions to the care team.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of care provided and client observations.
