Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Microsoft Media Planner to join our dynamic remote team. This role demands a high-energy individual with a passion for digital advertising and a deep understanding of Microsoft Advertising platforms (Bing Ads, Microsoft Audience Network). You will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing comprehensive media strategies that drive performance and meet client objectives. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic media plans specifically tailored for Microsoft Advertising platforms (Search, Display, Audience Network).
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
  • Manage campaign setup, optimization, and reporting, ensuring performance targets are met or exceeded.
  • Monitor budget pacing, bid strategies, and audience targeting to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (account management, analytics, creative) and clients to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on campaign data and performance trends.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Microsoft Advertising and the broader digital media landscape.
  • Present campaign strategies, performance updates, and insights to clients with confidence and clarity.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in digital media planning and buying, with a strong focus on Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads).
  • Proven track record of managing successful search and display campaigns on Microsoft platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high levels of productivity and collaboration.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Advertising certification (formerly Bing Ads certification).
  • Experience with other programmatic advertising platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • Agency experience is a significant plus.
