Job Description

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and meticulous individual to join our team as a UPS Records Management – High Accuracy Admin. This is a crucial remote role focused on ensuring the precision, integrity, and efficient management of our vital company records. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining organized digital and physical files, performing data entry with exceptional accuracy, and supporting our operational teams by providing reliable information. This position offers the flexibility of working from home while contributing to the backbone of our global operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute precise data entry and record updates into various internal systems and databases.
  • Organize, classify, and maintain both physical and digital records in accordance with company policies and retention schedules.
  • Perform regular quality control checks on data to identify and correct discrepancies, ensuring impeccable accuracy.
  • Respond to requests for information and records from authorized personnel in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in the development and improvement of records management processes and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and internal security protocols.
  • Collaborate effectively with remote team members and various departments to support data management needs.
  • Generate reports on records status, data integrity, and compliance as required.
