Job Description
Are you a highly organized individual with a passion for cars and exceptional customer service? McGrath Premier Auto Concierge is seeking a dedicated Mobile Valet Assistant to join our growing team in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. In this dynamic role, you will be the face of our premium mobile services, traveling to clients’ homes or offices in a company-provided van to provide a range of valet and vehicle assistance. Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain a company-provided van for travel to client locations.
- Perform mobile valet duties, including vehicle pickup and delivery for service appointments or detailing.
- Conduct basic vehicle inspections (e.g., tire pressure, fluid levels) and report findings.
- Assist with on-site detailing and cleaning services as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Ensure timely and efficient completion of all assigned tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and vehicle movements.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Required Skills
- Valid Iowa Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Customer-service oriented mindset.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform duties such as bending, stooping, and kneeling.
