Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated National Defense Associate to join our team in Midtown Atlanta, GA. In this crucial role, you will contribute to solving critical national defense challenges within a Federally Funded Research and Development Center (FFRDC) environment. You will apply your analytical and technical skills to support various government projects, contributing to research, analysis, and strategic recommendations that directly impact national security. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on complex, multidisciplinary problems alongside leading experts in the field, making a tangible difference in the defense of our nation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analysis on national security issues, defense technologies, and geopolitical landscapes.
- Develop and present findings, recommendations, and briefings to project teams and government sponsors.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to integrate technical solutions and strategic insights.
- Support the development of technical reports, white papers, and other documentation.
- Participate in project planning, execution, and review cycles, ensuring alignment with sponsor objectives.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as National Security, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience working with government agencies or in a defense-related capacity.
- Active U.S. security clearance.
- Familiarity with systems engineering principles or project management.
