Job Description

In this unique role, you will be responsible for meticulously classifying and categorizing Netflix content, ensuring our recommendations engine is as precise and personalized as possible. No prior experience is required; we’re looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, exceptional attention to detail, and a genuine interest in media.
Key Responsibilities
- Watch and analyze a wide variety of Netflix content, including films, series, documentaries, and specials.
- Apply relevant tags, genres, and metadata to content based on predefined guidelines and standards.
- Identify key themes, narratives, character archetypes, and plot points for accurate categorization.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and consistency in tagging to optimize content discovery.
- Provide feedback on tagging guidelines and tools to improve efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with content and data teams to ensure comprehensive content metadata.
Required Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- A genuine passion for movies, TV shows, and general entertainment media.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and prolonged screen time.
