Job Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst with a focus on Digital Delivery to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing the digital content supply chain, from ingestion to distribution, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and scalability. You will analyze data, identify bottlenecks, propose solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our global digital delivery infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze data related to content acquisition, encoding, storage, and delivery performance to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for optimization.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor the health and efficiency of the digital supply chain.
- Collaborate with engineering, content operations, and product teams to implement process improvements and system enhancements.
- Conduct root cause analysis for digital delivery disruptions and work towards preventative measures.
- Forecast capacity needs for digital storage and bandwidth, providing insights for strategic planning.
- Support the integration of new content formats and delivery technologies into the existing supply chain.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, communicating insights and recommendations effectively.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain analysis, operations, or a related analytical role, with a focus on digital products or media.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, complex formulas).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with technical and non-technical teams.
- Understanding of digital content delivery workflows and technologies (e.g., CDN, cloud storage, encoding standards).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis.
- Experience in the entertainment or media technology industry.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
