Job Description
We are seeking highly detail-oriented and culturally aware individuals to join our team as Netflix Taggers. In this crucial remote role, you will be responsible for meticulously analyzing, classifying, and tagging a wide variety of content, including movies, TV series, and documentaries. Your work directly contributes to enhancing the Netflix user experience by improving content discovery and recommendation algorithms. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately analyze and categorize diverse types of content (movies, series, documentaries) based on established guidelines.
- Apply relevant tags, genres, themes, and other metadata attributes to ensure comprehensive content classification.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, consistency, and completeness in all tagging assignments.
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of tagging taxonomies and workflow improvements.
- Stay updated on global cultural trends, entertainment industry developments, and content nuances relevant to diverse audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on content categorization strategies.
- Provide feedback on tagging tools and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
