Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and empathetic individuals to join our Online Customer Care team, specifically focusing on supporting our 16-year-old teen guests with their e-commerce needs. This is a fully remote position where you will be the first point of contact for our younger shoppers, helping them navigate product inquiries, order status, returns, and general website assistance. You will utilize various digital communication channels to provide excellent service, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for every teen. This role requires a strong understanding of online shopping trends, patience, and a friendly demeanor to connect effectively with a younger audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and social media platforms, specifically from 16-year-old teens.
- Provide friendly and accurate assistance regarding product information, order status, shipping, returns, and exchanges.
- Troubleshoot common website and app issues encountered by teen users.
- Educate guests on Target's e-commerce policies and procedures in a clear and understandable manner.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of empathy and professionalism while interacting with young customers.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and share best practices for engaging with teen shoppers.
- Stay informed about current e-commerce trends and popular products relevant to the teen demographic.
