Job Description
Are you a motivated and tech-savvy 17-year-old looking to kickstart your career in e-commerce? PacSun is seeking an enthusiastic Online E-commerce Coordinator with a strong interest in Shopify to join our dynamic digital team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to learn the ins and outs of online retail, content management, and digital marketing, specifically tailored to appeal to a teen audience. You will work closely with our e-commerce specialists to maintain our online store, update product listings, and assist with digital campaigns, all with a focus on our Shopify platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily management and updating of product listings on our Shopify e-commerce platform.
- Support the content team by uploading product images, descriptions, and promotional banners.
- Monitor website performance and report any technical issues or inconsistencies.
- Conduct competitive research on e-commerce trends, especially within the youth fashion market.
- Help organize and categorize digital assets for efficient use on the website.
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure online promotions are accurately displayed.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of online trends and youth culture.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new technologies and processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be 17 years of age or older.
