Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and stable Freight Clerk to join our team in Hialeah, FL. Key Responsibilities

  • Process freight bills, manifests, and other shipping documents accurately and efficiently.
  • Perform data entry for shipments, deliveries, and other operational activities.
  • Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal departments to resolve issues and provide information.
  • Answer phones and respond to inquiries regarding shipment status, schedules, and services.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for all relevant paperwork.
  • Assist with inventory control and tracking of materials and supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
  • Support terminal operations by preparing reports and maintaining records as needed.
