Job Description
Meta is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented AI Ad Content Reviewer to join our team in Augusta, GA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the quality and integrity of our advertising ecosystem by reviewing ad content for compliance with Meta’s policies and guidelines. This position involves evaluating ad creatives, text, and targeting to ensure a safe and positive experience for our users. You will work closely with AI tools and internal policy teams, providing valuable human insight to complex content moderation challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and moderate advertising content (images, videos, text, landing pages) to ensure adherence to Meta's advertising policies and community standards.
- Utilize internal tools and AI models to efficiently process and categorize ad content.
- Provide consistent and accurate feedback on ad content decisions, contributing to the continuous improvement of our AI systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including policy, legal, and engineering, to address complex content issues and policy updates.
- Stay informed about current events, policy changes, and emerging trends in online advertising and content moderation.
- Identify patterns of policy violations and flag potential systemic issues for further investigation.
- Maintain a high level of productivity and quality in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Knowledge of digital advertising industry trends and best practices.
