Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented WFH Admin Support professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative assistance, ensuring smooth and efficient operations for various projects and teams. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize digital files and documents, ensuring accessibility and adherence to company protocols.
  • Coordinate schedules, arrange virtual meetings, and manage calendars for multiple team members.
  • Prepare professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Handle data entry and maintain accurate records in various systems.
  • Support project teams with administrative tasks, including tracking progress and managing deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders via email, phone, and virtual collaboration tools.
  • Undertake research tasks and compile information as requested.
  • Proactively identify areas for administrative improvement and implement efficient solutions.
  • Assist with onboarding new team members by preparing necessary documentation and access.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of all sensitive information.
