Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and discerning 13-year-old teens (with parental/guardian oversight) to participate in online product beta testing for upcoming features and applications. This unique Work From Home (WFH) opportunity allows teens to directly influence the development of products designed for their age group. As an Online Product Beta Tester, your teen will provide valuable feedback on usability, features, and overall experience. This role requires regular engagement with new products, critical thinking, and clear communication of insights. The parent/guardian will be responsible for overseeing the teen’s participation, ensuring tasks are completed, and managing communication with our research team.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate and supervise your 13-year-old's participation in online beta testing sessions.
- Ensure your teen completes assigned testing tasks and provide honest, constructive feedback within specified deadlines.
- Monitor your teen's engagement to ensure adherence to safety guidelines and appropriate online behavior.
- Communicate regularly with the Meta research team regarding testing progress, issues, and feedback.
- Maintain confidentiality of all pre-release product information and testing materials.
- Provide a stable internet connection and access to a compatible device (e.g., smartphone, tablet, computer) for testing.
Required Skills
- Must be a parent or legal guardian of a 13-year-old teen.
- Teen must be exactly 13 years old and have a genuine interest in testing new digital products.
- Excellent communication skills (for the parent/guardian) to articulate feedback and coordinate with the team.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and complete tasks accurately.
- Reliable internet access and suitable device(s) for testing.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify usability issues.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience participating in user research or beta testing programs (for parent/guardian).
- Familiarity with various digital platforms and applications.
- Teen has an interest in gaming, social media, or creative digital tools.
