Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Profile & Credential Verifier to join our Data Security team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for rigorously verifying the authenticity and integrity of profiles, credentials, and associated data. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining the highest standards of data security and preventing fraudulent activities across our platforms and systems. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to protecting sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough verification processes for user profiles, credentials, and identity documentation.
- Utilize various internal and external tools and databases to cross-reference and confirm information.
- Identify and investigate discrepancies, inconsistencies, and potential fraudulent activities.
- Document verification findings accurately and comprehensively, maintaining detailed records.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., legal, compliance, operations) to resolve complex verification cases.
- Adhere strictly to all data privacy regulations, company policies, and security protocols.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of verification processes and security measures.
- Provide clear and concise communication regarding verification status and identified risks.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in data verification, fraud prevention, or a similar investigative role.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of data security principles and best practices.

- Familiarity with identity verification platforms and software.
- Experience in a regulated industry (e.g., finance, healthcare).
