Job Description
Join the dedicated team at UPS as a Logistics Sorter! We are looking for reliable and motivated individuals to help us manage the flow of packages in our McKinney facility. This is a full-time position with consistent hours, Monday to Friday, ensuring a stable and reliable income. As a Logistics Sorter, you will be an integral part of our operations, responsible for efficiently sorting and moving packages to ensure they reach their destinations on time. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Manually lift, push, pull, carry, and place packages up to 70 pounds.
- Sort packages according to destination, size, and weight using automated scanning equipment.
- Load and unload packages from trucks and conveyor belts.
- Scan packages and update tracking information accurately.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Operate package handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and operational procedures.
- Work cooperatively with team members to achieve daily productivity goals.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds repeatedly throughout a shift.
- Physical stamina and ability to stand, walk, bend, and twist for extended periods.
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately read labels and sorting instructions.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar fast-paced environment.
