Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Online Sales Support Specialist to join our thriving e-commerce team in Liverpool. This role is crucial in managing inbound leads, engaging potential customers through various online channels, and converting inquiries into sales. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for technology, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets within a high-commission environment. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize a high volume of inbound online sales leads.
- Engage with customers via live chat, email, and phone to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Provide detailed product information, demonstrate features, and clarify pricing and promotions.
- Proactively follow up on leads to maximize conversion rates.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and commission goals.
