Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Online Survey Coordinator to facilitate and manage online survey participation specifically among 15-year-old teens. This fully remote, part-time position offers a flexible schedule, perfect for someone looking to contribute valuable insights into youth consumer behavior. You will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and supporting a panel of teen participants, ensuring high data quality and engagement levels. Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard 15-year-old teen participants for various online survey projects.
- Manage and maintain an active panel of teen respondents, ensuring consistent engagement.
- Provide technical support and guidance to participants regarding survey platforms and access.
- Monitor survey completion rates and participant quality, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Communicate effectively with participants, parents/guardians, and internal project managers.
- Ensure compliance with all privacy regulations and ethical guidelines related to youth participation.
- Track and report on participant performance and engagement metrics.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
