Job Description
As an Online UPS Associate – Digital Media Career, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the continuous availability, optimal performance, and integrity of our clients’ digital media platforms. This position involves a blend of technical monitoring, proactive troubleshooting, and support, ensuring our healthcare clients’ websites, content management systems, and online applications remain stable and accessible. You will be instrumental in maintaining the ‘Uninterrupted Platform Service’ for critical digital assets, contributing directly to the success of their online presence and patient engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor digital media platforms for uptime, performance metrics, and content integrity.
- Perform routine checks, preventative maintenance, and system health assessments to ensure continuous stability.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues affecting website availability, content display, and user experience.
- Collaborate closely with development, content, and client services teams to seamlessly deploy updates, new features, and content.
- Provide clear and concise technical support and guidance to clients regarding platform usage, incidents, and best practices.
- Document operational procedures, incident reports, troubleshooting steps, and technical configurations.
- Assist in the technical implementation and integration of new digital media initiatives and technologies.
Required Skills
- Strong technical aptitude and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and content management systems (CMS).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as a collaborative team member.

- Familiarity with digital monitoring tools and basic web analytics principles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Information Technology, Digital Media, Computer Science, or a related field.

- One year of experience in a technical support, system monitoring, or web operations role.
- Understanding of SEO best practices and web accessibility standards.
- Knowledge of basic networking concepts and cloud services.
